LioLio is an art and creative studio founded by artists Bruna Sizilio and Matias Carsolio Picón. Photography, drawing and painting come together in a body of work that moves across different languages, techniques and media, taking shape as projects, artworks and small universes.
Through original creations, collaborations, special projects and commissioned work, LioLio is a space for experimenting, creating and bringing new ideas into the world.
Bruna Sizilio is a visual artist with a degree in Fine Arts from USJT. Her work moves between photography and painting, exploring the possibilities of alternative photographic processes and watercolour, with their transparencies, marks and layers.
She has taken part in exhibitions and artist residencies in Brazil and abroad. Alongside her artistic practice, she works as a cultural producer and manager through Tríade Projetos, developing projects and collaborating with artists and cultural institutions.
Matias Carsolio Picón is a versatile, curious and intense visual artist. Over more than twenty years of practice, he has taken part in solo and group exhibitions, as well as developing a wide range of artistic, educational and curatorial projects.
His work focuses primarily on drawing, exploring paper, canvas and different formats and media. His works have reached all five continents, and his creative output remains relentless.
