1.1. We accept returns within 10 days from the delivery date, provided the item has not been used and is in perfect condition.
1.2. Customised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2.2. Upon approval of your return, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Packaging and Shipping
3.1. Securely package the item in the original or similar suitable packaging for shipping, following the guidelines of the delivery service used.
3.2. Clearly attach the return authorisation number on the outer packaging.

4.1. Upon receipt and verification of the returned product's condition, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs which are non-refundable.
